Jones & Co is now the exclusive representative for German-owned Sea Cloud Cruises in Australia and New Zealand, bringing one of luxury cruising’s most distinctive sailing brands closer to local advisors and expanding its presence in the ANZ market.

Jones & Co’s appointment comes as small-ship cruising continues to gain momentum among Australian and New Zealand travellers, particularly in the luxury segment.

It gives local advisors a dedicated point of contact for Sea Cloud Cruises, including access to the brand’s full itinerary programme, product training, trade support, co-op marketing opportunities and famil opportunities.

For Jones & Co, a tourism representation and travel marketing firm, the appointment adds a highly distinctive small-ship cruise product to its portfolio. For Australian and New Zealand travel advisors, it opens up a more direct pathway to sell a luxury sailing brand.

Sea Cloud Cruises operates the world’s most storied fleet of luxury sailing ships, including the iconic Sea Cloud (built in 1931 as a private yacht for heiress Marjorie Merriweather Post), currently in the shipyard undergoing extensive renovations.

The fleet also includes Sea Cloud II and the newest vessel, Sea Cloud Spirit. With just up to 136 guests per voyage and sails raised entirely by hand, it offers voyages that are full of experience and history.

The program includes the Mediterranean and Atlantic in Europe as well as the Caribbean and the Pacific Coast of Central America, giving advisors a global range of sailing itineraries to match to client profiles.
