The Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) has opened ticket package sales for the 2026 Beyond Borders Travel Summit and National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA), reshaped after member feedback.
Ticket packages for Beyond Borders and NTIA 2026 bundle the full weekend of events into a single booking ahead of what organisers expect to be a record year, with Melbourne confirmed to host on 9 and 10 October.
Each package covers the Beyond Borders Travel Summit, the NTIA finalist celebration, the Wellness 5k, and NTIA, including the after party.
The full weekend package includes four tickets to each event, with the option to choose a table of 10 for the NTIA itself.
Why book early

The NTIA weekend has a long history of selling out. Last year nearly 450 people landed on the waitlist for the awards night, a signal for teams hoping to secure a spot in 2026 to move before allocations close.
According to ATIA, the packages have been restructured in line with member feedback, designed for businesses booking for an entire team across the weekend rather than buying tickets event by event.
What the weekend covers
Beyond Borders is positioned as the summit’s thought-leadership component, while NTIA recognises excellence across the travel sector and remains the centrepiece of the weekend.
ATIA describes the weekend as the largest travel event in Australia, bringing the industry together to recognise achievement, connect with peers and engage in thought leadership.
“The NTIA weekend is the largest travel event in Australia and the early bird packages are great value for money,” ATIA CEO Dean Long said.

“Beyond Borders and NTIA is the highlight of the travel industry’s calendar, and ticket packages are the best way to secure your team’s spot.
“Come for Beyond Borders and NTIA, stay for the other fantastic events and connection across the industry.”
KARRYON UNPACKS: With nearly 450 names on last year’s waitlist, NTIA’s sell-out reputation is the whole sales pitch, and the reshaped team packages are pointed squarely at businesses wanting to lock in their people before allocations vanish. For a relationship-driven sector, the weekend remains the single biggest fixture on the calendar.
