1000 Mile Travel Group has expanded its 1000Access travel advisor platform to include access to air, car and hotel, streamlining the booking system to save time and increase revenue for Virtuoso members and 1000MTG’s independent member agents and agencies.
Developed in partnership with Sabre, 1000Access allows travel advisors to compare rates, check availability and complete bookings 24/7 from one unified dashboard.
The platform’s automation takes care of time-consuming tasks, such as managing traveller profiles, generating invoices and creating itineraries, freeing advisors to focus on their clients.
With the ability to manage client preferences, loyalty memberships and special requests, advisors can ensure each itinerary is tailored to their client’s needs.
In addition, 1000Access provides insights into an advisor’s business performance from tracking top-selling destinations to identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
By bypassing third-party websites and airlines that don’t pay commissions and with automated commission tracking, the booking platform ensures advisors never miss a payment.
After the platform’s soft launch earlier this year, 40 per cent of the Group’s North American travel advisors and business owners now use 1000Access, collectively earning more than USD$120,000 in airline commission.

1000MTG Co-Founder & CEO Nicola Veltman said: “Our initial goal with 1000Access was to create a platform that saves time and drives revenue for travel advisors.”
“Today, it has evolved into a game-changer that provides real-time access to a wide array of content plus advanced features like automatic ticketing, negotiated fares and commission tracking,” she said.
1000MTG Co-Founder & CEO Ben Ross added: “This platform isn’t just another tool; it’s designed to maximise productivity. 1000Access represents the future of travel advisory, streamlining operations, empowering advisors and giving them a competitive edge in an evolving landscape.”
