The 2024 Global Stars program has wrapped in Southern California, rewarding so many advisors that this year’s group was split into four famils to cover San Diego, Palm Springs, Anaheim and Huntington Beach before gathering together for the Global Stars Celebration & Awards Gala Dinner Event.
Recognising top-selling Aussie and Kiwi advisors for their sales and support of VIVA Holidays, ReadyRooms and GO Holidays, the 2024 Global Stars concluded with an action-packed SoCal trip.
Highlights ranged from an Anaheim Ducks ice-hockey game to visiting Disneyland Resort and enjoying the World of Color – ONE light spectacular with a dessert party.
Advisors also sampled s’mores and surfing lessons on Huntington Beach and went on a speedboat adventure in San Diego’s Big Bay.
Helloworld National Sales Manager Peter Douglas said it was significant for VIVA Holiday’s 50th anniversary to return to Southern California, the first Global Stars site.
“As well as having some incredible experiences, a real highlight was the time we all got to spend together celebrating,” he said.
Helloworld Travel Esperance advisor Anna Hildebrand summed up her 2024 Global Stars experience as “fantastic” and “one to treasure”.
“At home, I am always saying ‘I’m so busy’ and yet this week we had time to have a midnight burger, a late-night drink, a conversation with no time limits, to get out of our comfort zones and feel things,” she said.
“I have returned home with new friendships I shall nurture, wisdom I shall impart and a very full cup!”
