Guest peace of mind

Active Adventures

Clients can expect flexibility with deposit transfers, trip changes, and name transfers for travellers if they want to swap out with someone else, with ‘Active Adventures Assurance’:

  • Lifetime deposit – Clients are able to transfer their $500 deposit to any future trip 30 days before their trip departure
  • Change your trip – For added peace of mind, clients can change their trip to any of our departures in any destination up 30 days out from their original trip start date
  • Transferable travellers – If, for any reason travel partners can’t make the planned trip, clients can transfer any or all travellers to any future booking up to 30 days out from departure. Refunds (less deposit) are available for travellers outside 30 days
  • Free trip if the client is not satisfied – If a client is less than 100% satisfied with their trip we will invite them on another trip, completely free

Not only this, but at the moment, clients travelling on any Active Adventures trips (all destinations) from now until December 31 2023, can purchase $250 worth of Active Adventures travel vouchers, and will receive double the amount ($500) in value.

What’s in it for agents?

Active Adventures

When selling Active Adventure tours, agents can be assured that they will receive a streamlined, end-to-end experience, competitive commission rates, a direct in-house point of contact, a robust health and safety plan plus a ‘Your Client for Life’ motto so in the event that a client books a future trip direct via Active Adventures, the original travel booking agent will secure the commission.

“We love working with and supporting travel agents with our commissionable product. Active Adventures tours are the perfect option for a client’s first trip – or first trip back – to New Zealand, as they maximise time in a destination and tick off both hidden gems and bucket list items,” Active Adventures CEO Wendy Van Lieshout says.

“With reassurance meaning  everything in travel at the moment, we’ve worked hard to ensure peace of mind for clients’ future travel plans and we’re really excited to work more closely with the Australian travel industry, to sell our packages.”
