Virgin Voyages has launched an additional Voyage Store booking channel, partnering with general sales agent and service provider Travel The World to enable Aussie and Kiwi advisors to book directly with a dedicated and experienced local call centre team.
Virgin Voyages’ local Voyage Store, powered by Travel The World, will shore up the cruise company’s commitment and support to Australian and NZ agents ahead of its inaugural 2023 Australian cruise season.
It will include daily 9-5 access to Australian-based Virgin Voyages experts via a free phone number, 16 per cent fare commission and bookings that count toward head office targets.
For a limited time, advisors can invite clients to take advantage of Virgin Voyages’ Match & Sea More loyalty status program.
Travellers enrolled in select rewards programs can come aboard Resilient Lady this summer and enjoy perks from priority boarding and exclusive cocktail parties to a bar tab and laundry services.
The Match & Sea More program is available for bookings until 31 December 2023 with perks redeemable on 2024 cruises.
