Cher wasn’t lying when she said (belted out) ‘You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me’ in 2010’s Burlesque, because she’s returning to Australia for the first time in 28 years to headline the 2018 Mardi Gras Party.

Can’t deal.

Thanks Cher!

If you ‘Believe’ it hard enough, it’ll happen and it’s officially been confirmed that the Goddess of Pop, queen of string/stocking/biker onesies and one of the music industry’s first feminists is headed Down Under!

‘Gypsies, tramps & thieves’ from around Australia (and the world) will join the LGBTI community in the city of Sydney in March to be part of the historic event, not only to see she-who-reigns perform but to celebrate 40 years of this incredible and inclusive celebration.

If you don’t want to ‘Walk Alone’ as the only person who didn’t get a ticket to The Party, then be prepared because a strictly limited number of tickets will go on sale on 15 January at 10am AEDT for existing Mardi Gras members only. Existing Mardi Gras members will have exclusive access to purchase an additional two full price tickets over a 48 hour period or until sold out.
