Following the success of its inaugural HBA 2024 Conference in Bali, Club Med has launched HBA 2025 Masterclasses for home-based advisors (HBA) – a one-day program taking place in Sydney and Melbourne in August.

The HBA 2025 Masterclasses aim to build on the inspiration from the Bali conference to help home-based advisors create compelling marketing assets and elevate their travel businesses.

The hands-on program has a participation fee of AUD$300 and will include two keynote sessions and one creative workshop led by branding and certified Canva expert Rebecca Flint.

Rebecca Flint is a branding and Canva Certified expert and the keynote speaker at Club Med HBA 2025 Masterclasses.

HBA 2025 Masterclasses will offer sessions focused on building your brand and customer loyalty with practical tools, AI in travel and photography tips for social media along with networking opportunities.

Club Med Pacific Head of Sales Lisa Bacon said: “The success of last year’s HBA Conference proved just how hungry home-based advisors are for meaningful learning and connection, a need that can often be overlooked in the sector with very few events dedicated to supporting sole traders. This year, we wanted to build on that momentum and offer something even more practical and powerful with a refined one-day program.”

“The travel industry is evolving fast, and with it, the role of the home-based advisor. From mastering brand strategy to leveraging AI and enhancing visual storytelling, the HBA 2025 Masterclasses are about upskilling with purpose.

“We’ve seen an incredible response so far, which highlights the strong demand for targeted, hands-on training,” she said.

The HBA 2025 Masterclasses will take place in Sydney on 19 August 2025 at the NSW State Library and in Melbourne on 26 August at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins.
