Is your ex like a slithering reptile? If so, you’ve got the chance to confirm their ‘snaky status’ by naming one of the world’s most venomous snakes after them at Wild Life Sydney Zoo.

It’s all part of a Snaky Valentine’s Day competition, which will give one jilted lover the chance to have a brown snake named after their ex.

Click here by February 13 and provide your ex’s name and the salacious reason they deserve to have a snake named after them.

And don’t feel bad, you’re doing a good thing because all entries require a $1 donation towards the Wild Life Conservation Fund. It’s like good karma revenge.

The winner will not only get the sweet satisfaction of knowing that their ex has a snake named after them, but will also score the opportunity to visit the snake for FREE every day for the next year.

“We hope that by providing someone unlucky in love the opportunity to name Wild Life Sydney Zoo’s very own brown snake after their ex, we can give them something else to celebrate on Valentine’s Day this year.”

Mark Connolly, General Manager at Wild Life Sydney Zoo

We’re also throwing in an annual pass to Wild Life Sydney Zoo, so that you can also visit the snake in Darling Harbour as many times as you want during the next year!”

The reptile team will select the winning name, which will be announced on Valentine’s Day.
