Back-Roads Touring has boosted its 2026 Wayfinders program for top-performing travel agency partners with free access to all campaign and marketing content via Genesys, doubling down on its investment in the success of its valued travel advisors.
All 2026 Wayfinders stores will now receive complimentary access to ready-made, refreshed branded sales and marketing assets, alongside priority phone and email support, early campaign access, exclusive event invites and insider updates.
The annual Wayfinder program recognises stores with strong product knowledge and achieve exceptional Back-Roads sales results across the specialist tour operator’s UK and Europe small-group itineraries.

Back-Roads Touring General Manager APAC Anna Fawcett said the 2026 Wayfinders program update reflects the brand’s commitment to supporting advisors and strengthening long-term partnerships.
“Our agency partners are an essential part of Back-Roads’ success and the 2026 Wayfinders program recognises those who consistently deliver outstanding results and advocate for our small-group touring experiences,” she said.

In addition, all advisors are eligible to enter the highly competitive ‘Sell 12’ incentive for sales across both Back-Roads Touring and Topdeck product to earn your own Back-Roads or Topdeck famil trip.
Advisors who sell 12 passengers on Back-Roads or Topdeck itineraries will be rewarded with a Back-Roads (up to eight days) or Topdeck (up to 15 days) trip of your choice.

Fawcett said advisors have already qualified for a famil trip within the launch month, highlighting the reward incentive’s popularity.
