In celebration of the new Oklahoma training Webinar, Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation is giving you the chance to get Oklahoma savvy and potentially bag yourself a gift voucher between the value of $20-$100.
Oklahoma Tourism is proud to announce the launch of a slate of new travel agent training programs allowing eager and savvy agents the chance to take to the virtual road as they explore Oklahoma’s quirky Route 66 photo-stops; its rich heritage of Native American traditions; and its breathtaking natural wonders.
To celebrate the launch of the new Oklahoma training Webinar, as well as the launch of the new Oklahoma Brand USA Discovery Badge, Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation is also giving away Gift Vouchers – ranging from $20 to $100 (AUD and NZD) – to 28 lucky agents who watch the Webinar and complete a short survey upon completion.
Yes please, I’d like to watch and win
The “Watch and Win” incentive runs from now until December 15, 2020 with agents encouraged to watch the 30 minute pre-recorded Oklahoma Tourism Webinar hosted by Oklahoma’s Australia and New Zealand Account Manager, Michael Cassis, before completing a short 9-question survey for their chance to win.
There are three $100 AUD or NZD Gift Vouchers to give away, along with twenty-five $20 Gift Vouchers, for agents to treat themselves, or a loved one, to some Christmas goodies this festive season.
Oklahoma Tourism’s Travel Development Manager, Todd Stallbaumer, says “we wanted to show our support of the local Australian and New Zealand travel industry, particularly our front line agents and trade partners, who have shown such resilience during the most challenging year in our industries history.”
“We hope the Webinar and the incentive give agents the opportunity to upskill themselves and to learn more about the wide array of exciting and diverse experiences on offer across Oklahoma in preparation for the increased demand we anticipate from both the New Zealand and Australian markets in 2021 and beyond”.
Taking to the road is the ultimate way to explore the state, and the Webinar highlights some of the key experiences on offer across Route 66, along with other popular itineraries including the new “Cowboys, Indians and All That Jazz” itinerary set to launch with ATI and available via a number of Australian and New Zealand suppliers from next year.
“This itinerary allows visitors the chance to immerse themselves in some of Oklahoma’s abundant culture and history.”

In addition to the Webinar and “Watch and Win” incentive, agents who are wanting to explore further have additional resources at their disposal including the new Oklahoma Discovery Badge, just launched as part of the ongoing Brand USA Discovery Badge program.
Agents who complete the program are encouraged to share the Oklahoma Discovery Badge logo, found on the site, on their own websites to show their certification as an Oklahoma expert.
Both the Webinar and the survey link, along with the full competition terms and conditions, can be found here.
