Travel advisors can now sign up for the Club Med Travel Agent Portal 2.0 and already-registered agents will be automatically added to the updated platform, which was first launched in 2022.
The existing self-service tool was beta-tested by Australian advisors as part of Club Med’s commitment to assist travel advisors and set them up for success by providing a better user experience.

Club Med Travel Agent Portal 2.0 offers an enhanced user experience with faster functionality, advanced features and a centralised business overview with instant access to options, quotes and bookings on one page.
Brand-new additions include a training section on processes with in-depth instructions and videos for agents to make the most of the portal.
Featured processes include how to make a reservation, access the price calendar and source the best product for your client.
