Explore Worldwide is rewarding Australian and New Zealand travel agents with a new Cambodia famil incentive, combining sales momentum, destination growth and firsthand small-group adventure insight.
Small-group adventure specialist Explore Worldwide has launched a new agent incentive, offering Australian and New Zealand travel agents the chance to win one of 11 places on an exclusive eight-day famil to Cambodia.
Under the promotion, agents receive one entry into the draw for every Explore Worldwide booking made between 2 February and 15 March 2026. The famil departs on 22 May 2026 and has been custom-designed to showcase the operator’s small-group adventure style, evolving accommodation offering and responsible travel ethos.

According to Explore Worldwide, the incentive is designed to reward agents who actively sell the brand, while also strengthening product knowledge through firsthand experience across one of its fastest-growing destinations.
The Cambodia famil blends cultural immersion, hands-on activities and time beyond the main centres. Highlights include a traditional monk blessing, a visit to the Smiling Gecko community project, a Cambodian cooking class and a scenic cruise through Tonle Sap’s floating villages. Agents will also explore Kampot’s pepper plantations and experience the natural beauty of Cambodia’s islands.

Accommodation is positioned as a key learning component, with stays across a selection of Explore Worldwide’s upgraded properties, giving agents insight into how the brand balances comfort, local character and sustainability.
Ben Ittensohn, Regional Director Australia and New Zealand at Explore Worldwide, says famils play a vital role in helping agents connect with the brand and translate experiences into stronger sales conversations.
“Famils like this are a powerful way for agents to truly connect with the Explore brand and to better understand what sets Explore apart, from its locally led experiences to its commitment to sustainable and experience-led travel,” Ittensohn says.
“Experiencing our trips builds confidence, passion and stronger storytelling, which ultimately benefits both agents and their clients.”
Ittensohn adds that Cambodia was selected following strong booking performance. “We’ve selected Cambodia this year given its impressive 130 per cent increase in bookings year on year and the wonderful contrasts, culture and unforgettable moments this country has to offer.”

The Cambodia famil follows Explore Worldwide’s inaugural agent famil to Sri Lanka last year, which the company describes as a strong success. Building on that momentum, the operator says Cambodia offers a compelling next step, combining cultural depth, emerging demand and diverse experiences within a compact itinerary.

The incentive is open across Explore Worldwide’s full range of small-group adventure trips, with no cap on entries. This means the more bookings agents make during the qualifying period, the more chances they have to secure a place on the famil.
