Silversea has announced its inaugural Travel Advisor Appreciation Month and an incentive program, to celebrate and honour the role of travel advisors in shaping travel experiences for discerning clients.
To mark Travel Advisor Appreciation Month throughout May 2024, Silversea has introduced a new incentive program.
For every new booking made by travel advisors, whether for Classic ocean-going or Expedition voyages, advisors will automatically enter a draw for the chance to win one of 50 gift cards valued at $150 each.
Further, Silversea will extend exclusive Travel Advisor Reduced Rates, allowing advisors to indulge in luxurious experiences at special rates reserved exclusively for them.
The details of the program are:
- Dates: May 1-31, 2024
- Incentive: Game of Chance: Every new booking made by a Travel Advisor during May enters them for a chance to win one of 50 $150 gift cards.
- Exclusive Rates: Travel Advisor Reduced Rates offer advisors the opportunity to experience Silversea’s luxury at specially discounted rates.
- Participating Markets: Australia and New Zealand, with similar promotions running in the US, LATAM, UK & EMEA markets.

The cruise line says it will ensure that the reward aligns with the market preferences, with gift vouchers tailored to each region – for example, an AUD$150 Prepaid Visa Card for Australian advisors; and an NZD$150 Prezzee Gift Card for advisors in New Zealand.
The promotion is open exclusively to fully accredited retail travel agents aged 18 years and over, residing in Australia and New Zealand, with an active business partner agreement with Silversea Cruises Ltd. Wholesale trade partners are ineligible for participation.
Winners will be randomly selected from qualified entries and notified via email from salesaunz@silversea.com by August 31, 2024. One prize per entrant is allowed, and winners unable to claim their prize by the specified date will forfeit it.
