Rail Europe now allows advisors to make seat reservations for clients with Eurail Passes on Trenitalia trains via its Easy Rail Access booking tool with SNCF, RENFE and Swiss panoramic seat reservations to be available soon, too.
Exclusive to Rail Europe, advisors can secure the best available seats for their clients’ Italian travels with the launch of Trenitalia Passholder fares (seat reservations).
Rail Europe Asia Pacific General Manager Richard Leonard said the addition of these seat reservations completes the booking experience with the majority of European high-speed trains requiring seat reservations for Eurail Pass holders.
“We are the only distributor that offers such a functionality with our advanced Easy Rail Access booking tool,” Mr Leonard said.
More Passholder fares around Europe will be released via Rail Europe in the coming months, including SNCF (French), RENFE (Spanish) and Swiss Rail.
Agent incentives & rewards
Advisors can also receive double monthly rewards from April to June 2023.
To qualify, agencies must ticket five bookings first to receive a $10 commission per booking thereafter, capped at $250 per agency per month.
On top of that, for April 2023 only, qualified agencies that book Eurail and Swiss Travel Passes will receive a further $5 on top of the $10, adding up to a $15 commission per booking.
“These rewards and incentives are part of Rail Europe’s way of ensuring advisors have something useful to work towards and look forward to each month,” Mr Leonard said.
“It’s also a fun way for us to show our commitment to making bookings easy while looking after the interests of our valued advisors.”
