They collectively defined ‘success’ in Hawaii & came together as ‘one’ in Darwin. Now TravelManagers is placing customers at the forefront (not that they weren’t always there) in Perth.

As an example of how quickly time passes, consultants under the TravelManagers umberella are making their way to Western Australia today for the group’s 12th annual conference.

TWELFTH! Where did those dozen years go?

A record of some 395 consultants and their closest industry partners will come together at the conference centre within Crown Perth over the next three days (four if you count the annual pre-conference golf day) to learn, laugh, and aid.

This year the award-winning home-based agency group will delve into the theme of ‘customer’, including ways to attract them, retain them and satisfy them (keep it clean!).

They’ll also look into the different interpretations of ‘customer’, the various perspectives and how ethical tourism is becoming increasingly important to clients.

As per TravelManagers tradition, a handful of Personal Travel Managers will be called to the stage to share their insights, along with suppliers. There’ll also be workshops, a donation collection for Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia and guest speakers.
