The Washington, DC Special Agent Academy training platform allows travel trade to participate in designated missions to become certified ‘Special Agents’ and gain access to tools, resources, discounts, prizes, additional support and more.
It’s designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell Washington, DC as a premier travel destination.

The Washington, DC Special Agent Academy offers destination training with core city information with in-depth insights into DC’s neighbourhoods, festivals and landmarks.

Available on the new LearnUpon platform, advisors can access the first three core modules as part of the initial offering: Mission Information, Mission 3Ms: Monuments, Memorials & Museums, and Mission There’s Only 1 DC.
By the end of the year, Destination DC will introduce additional modules such as Sports & Festivals, Group Tour, Capital Region USA and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions).
