Envoyage will stage its Summit26 national conference from 14 to 17 August 2026, bringing together 56 partners and the independent travel network’s Australian advisors in Tropical North Queensland.
Under the Summit26 conference’s ‘Rise’ theme, customer-experience and AI futurist Simon Kriss and author, speaker and former charity CEO Lucy Bloom will headline the four-day event in Cairns.
The theme centres on helping advisors lift their businesses: staying future fit in a fast-changing industry, backing their own ambitions and engaging with the partners and peers who help them grow.
Kriss will focus on where AI is already creating real value for advisors, cutting through the hype in a session pitched at endurance and the work of staying future fit.
Bloom built and ran her own boutique advertising agency for 20 years before reinventing herself as a founding charity CEO and author, a background positioned around the entrepreneurial core of the conference theme.

The Summit26 Platinum partners are Carnival, Cunard, Globus family of brands (GFOB), Princess Cruises and The Travel Corporation (TTC).
Gold partners include China Southern, Collette, Europ Assistance, Expedia, Inside Travel, NCL, nib Travel, Qatar Airways, Royal Caribbean and Viking, alongside a full roster of Silver and Bronze partners spanning airline, cruise, touring and travel insurance.

The Partner Showcase returns with an expo-style format where advisors meet partners in person, explore new products and book one-on-one meetings. The format also featured at Envoyage‘s two global conferences: Worldwide24 in Santiago, Chile, and Worldwide25 in Sun City, South Africa.
Envoyage Global General Manager Astrid Richardson said this year’s theme captures exactly where Flight Centre Travel Group’s independent advisor network is heading.

“Our advisors have shown extraordinary endurance and entrepreneurialism and Summit is where we turn that into real momentum, putting them face to face with the partners and the ideas shaping the year ahead,” she said.
“Bringing voices like Simon Kriss and Lucy Bloom to Cairns reflects how ambitious this program is. We’re not just talking about what’s next; we’re giving our members the tools and the confidence to go after it, together.”
KARRYON UNPACKS: Summit26 in Cairns will showcase a 56-partner roster, giving advisors an opportunity to compare cruise, touring and airline product under the one roof. The AI-focused keynote signals where the network sees the next efficiency gains for advisor businesses.
