Once you’re signed up, just remember to enter your APIN number in your GDS every time you make a booking.
By doing this, Etihad can credit your account so that you can spend your points however you wish to spend them.
The mileage is based on TPM (ticketed point mileage), which is available through your GDS. You can work out how many points you will earn with this handy mileage calculator.
Your miles will stay active for two years, which gives you plenty of time to spend them.
Another long-haul SuperSeller member, Michael West from Goldman Travel Corporation, said that he is “a huge fan of the programme, the airline and the team,” and “there is no other airline that rewards travel agents in Australia like this.
Since joining Superseller Michael has travelled every year with at least one sector in First, usually the long haul either to or from Abu Dhabi. He also sometimes uses it to upgrade himself domestically on Virgin – last year he travelled to WA for example.
In the last three years, he has been to Germany, Morocco and the UK – which he booked at the last minute when it turned out his whole family was going to be in England for Christmas. Last year when his soccer team Tottenham qualified for the Champions League Final, as soon as the semi-final finished he was immediately on to booking tickets to the final and ended up flying Business to get to Madrid!
