You know the saying, the one about firsts & how you never forget them. Well, it’s true. Most firsts never leave us whether they be a first kiss, a taste of alcohol, university degree, job, marriage or holiday.
For Travel Agents, there are two firsts in their career which they’ll always remember (hopefully with fondness), the inaugural day of work and the inaugural famil.
Although both are special, the latter holds particular significance to consultants because it’s a physical representation of why they joined the industry, to mix hard work with travel.
We were keen to find out where Travel Agents popped their familiarisation cherry – especially after learning one will spend hers in Antarctica – and quickly learned that they weren’t just memorable because they were the first but because they were bloody epic!
