Flight Centre Travel Group brought the red-and-white brand to Sydney last week, outlining Flight Centre’s strategic vision and collaborative approach among more than 100 key suppliers across air, land, cruise and tour sectors as well as destination partners at a Flight Centre Brand Showcase.

At the first Flight Centre Brand Showcase in this format, Flight Centre Global Managing Director Andrew Stark shared valuable firsthand insights about day-to-day workings in the brand’s 450-plus brick-and-mortar shops worldwide, highlighting how suppliers can better support frontline retail consultants aka travel experts through product training, support and incentives to increase conversion.

Stark called out in-store sales visibility, a hybrid approach of physical and digital brochures and education plans as some of the key needs from suppliers for mutual success.
