Aussie & Kiwi agents feel the aloha on Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania & Hawaiian Airlines famil

Eight Australian and New Zealand travel advisors recently enjoyed a week-long idyllic Hawaiian Islands famil filled with nature, culture and luxe stays on Oʻahu and Kauaʻi, hosted by Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania and Hawaiian Airlines.

Aussie agents Belinda Brown (Envoyage), Billy Knepscheld (Flight Centre), Jade Garlick (Roast & Roam/itravel), Natalya Colacicco (Flight Centre), Nathaniel Yuen (Flight Centre) and Siobhan Smith (Helloworld Travel) plus Kiwi advisors Jay Crennell-Brown (Helloworld Travel) and Melanie Mitchell (Flight Centre) travelled with Hawaiʻi Tourism Oceania’s Anna Riedel and Hawaiian Airlines’ Denise Tomey.

The group started their epic Hawaiian Islands famil trip on Oʻahu, staying at Sheraton Waikīkī Beach Resort. Highlights included The Vida Mia sunset cruise, Kō Hana Distillers tour, a visit to Pearl Harbor and a North Shore Eco Tour with lunch in Haleʻiwa town.

The Hawaiian Islands famil group also explored the newly refurbished Courtyard by Marriott Oʻahu North Shore and concluded their stay with dinner and a cultural performance at the Polynesian Cultural Center.

A short Hawaiian Airlines interisland flight brought the group to Kauaʻi, staying three nights at Outrigger Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa plus site inspections at Royal Sonesta Kauaʻi Resort and Outrigger Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa.

Kauaʻi highlights included exploring Waimea Canyon, visiting the Kauaʻi Museum, a farm-to-table dinner at Plantation House by Gaylord’s, a Hanapēpē walking food tour and an Allerton Garden sunset tour.

Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania PR & Trade Account Manager Anna Riedel said the famil perfectly encapsulated the Hawaiian Islands’ diversity for the travel advisors.
