Recognised as Australia’s most loved travel industry media brand and community, Karryon creates and delivers high-quality news and feature editorial, social and branded content, and multi-channel campaigns for our industry-leading travel partners.

We’ve got some hugely exciting plans for 2023 and are searching for a Sydney-based Campaigns & Production Executive to become an integral team member. Sitting within our production team, working cohesively with the partnerships and editorial & content teams, you’ll hit the ground running across all areas of our digital business.

Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

  • Team player DNA
  • Have good attention to detail and be highly organised
  • Have strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
  • A successful track record of solving problems
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in Google Drive, Sheets and Gmail would be beneficial
  • Any social media/digital campaign-building skills advantageous
  • Previous experience in the travel industry would be both desirable and beneficial
  • Desirable to have a degree in marketing, advertising, trade or tourism but not a steadfast requirement

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Working cohesively with partnership, production and editorial teams covering all aspects of the digital business
  • Working with our writers to coordinate partners sponsored editorials and reviewing briefs
  • Assisting in collecting and uploading digital advertising by deadline
  • Coordinating partner campaigns from start to live date and beyond. Working closely to manage the campaigns and interim results and suggest useful iterations of future campaigns
  • Populate our daily eDM with partner advertising and test client creatives to optimise results
  • Working across WordPress, campaign monitor, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter scheduling tools plus Facebook ads manager, Google ads manager, google analytics, and Hubspot CRM. 
  • Working with the production lead to maintain timely and accurate campaign success analysis reporting and achieve best practice
  • Ad Hoc assistance within the team, pulling results for the partnership team and advising on past campaign successes, offering improvements when working on new partner proposals
  • Occasionally representing Karryon at industry events
