Your key responsibilities

If you’re still reading, then the above most likely sounds like you. But how will you measure success in this exciting role?

  • Lead a team booking iconic bucket list travel experiences
  • Taking customer enquiry leads to full development
  • Managing high volumes of enquiries (predominantly via phone & email with some events & in-person assistance)
  • Proven experience working in a similar role (high-volume phone sales and/or travel sales) will be highly regarded
  • Highly motivated with proven experience in achieving goals
  • Confidence to engage with a diverse range of people and professional with customers whether face-to-face or via video
  • Calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage the unexpected
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and administrative capabilities
  • Comfortable learning new systems and digital technologies quickly
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative and organisational skills
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Assist customers in processing their travel booking
  • Provide solutions to resolve customer feedback and complaints effectively
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver industry-leading service
  • Developing a high volume of customer enquiry leads to full development
  • Coach, develop, and support your regional team with product information, sales techniques and compliance
  • Availability to work full-time (with full working rights in Australia)
  • Champion our commitment to providing outstanding, market-leading customer experience via all mediums (phone, chat, email, video chat, events, in person or otherwise as required)
  • Achieve agreed KPIs and targets at a team, and individual level
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales capability and performance
  • Work collaboratively as a team, supporting and driving each other to deliver industry-leading service
  • Ensure business processes, systems and standards are followed, reviewed and improved
  • Manage escalated issues and complaints as required
  • Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders with regards to customer enquiries or bookings where necessary
