In this newly created Network Development Manager role, you’ll focus on developing the Travellers Choice network via recruitment of new qualifying travel businesses. You’ll also be a superstar brand ambassador, elevating the company’s profile and reputation within the travel industry.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with both the General Manager Sales and General Manager Marketing, you’ll bring the enthusiasm and energy required to thrive in this role. Travellers Choice prides itself on its inclusive, encouraging, and supportive work environment, allowing you to succeed as you work autonomously.

What you’ll need to apply:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, client relations, and account management
  • A record of sales development and recruitment achievement
  • A strong public relations, communication, and presentation skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of essential business skills
  • A savvy understanding of how to operate a travel business
  • A high level of analytical skills, computer literacy, and industry systems
  • The ability to work in a self-motivated and autonomous environment

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain a pipeline of prospective members
  • Lead the member recruitment process
  • Grow the member network in line with company targets
  • Represent the organisation at events, networking to assist in new member recruitment
  • Assist the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new members
  • Assist the Senior Management Group in strategic, tactical, and competitive planning and implementation
