Travel Associates cruise the Rhine

Last month, 14 Travel Associates advisers experienced a magical eight-day, festive-themed Romantic Rhine River Cruise hosted by Avalon Waterways National Account Manager Mitch Spencer.
Twelve of the Travel Associates guests were part of the business’s Cruise Boutique brand, launched in the second half of 2019.
After taking off from Amsterdam, the crew sailed via Cologne, Koblenz, and Heidelberg in Germany via Strasbourg in northern France, and Breisach in Germany’s Black Forest before disembarking in Basel, Switzerland.

Travelmarvel and Great Rail Journeys recently hosted a group of agents on a 10 Day Rail Journey to China.
Karen Newbury and Lani Harvey from ATG hosted the Travelmarvel Top Achievers as reward and recognition for their support of the brand.
Visiting Beijing, Xi’an, Chengdu the amazing itinerary included a Yangtze River Cruise as well as visits to the Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors.

Experiencing the Heart of Papua New Guinea
Venture into the more remote islands of Papua New Guinea and you’ll find rich and varied cultures, fascinating history and stunning scenery that’s still relatively untouched.
TravelManagers’ Maria Pandalai recently returned from a very special famil to this very special part of the world, hosted by Intrepid Travel.
The highlight of the famil itinerary was the Firedance Festival, which was held over two days in Vunga village, deep in the highlands of New Britain’s Gazelle Peninsula. After a traditional Melanesian welcome ceremony with their hosts, the group were treated to a traditional ‘mumu’ lunch, then later in the evening, the fire-dance performances, which were to continue throughout the night.
“My jaw literally dropped seeing the different communities perform their traditional dancing and singing. Each group had their unique head dress and attire, mainly based around different animal spirits.”

Seven lucky Helloworld Travel member network agents were invited on a famil to the incredible British Columbia recently as a reward for their excellent results during a recent agent incentive.
One of the incredible highlights of the trip was a Helijet transfer from Victoria to Vancouver where the group had a birds-eye view over the islands. The group also had a visit to Butchart Gardens in Victoria, Capilano Suspension Bridge at Grouse Mountain in Vancouver and the Granville Island Markets to name a few.
The team would like to thank Air Canada, Destination British Columbia, Tourism Vancouver and Tourism Victoria for an incredible trip to BC.
