Love travel content? Thrive in a fast-moving and creative environment where no two days look the same? We’re looking for a Studio Production and Ops Manager to keep Karryon’s content engine humming. You’ll sit at the centre of campaigns, podcasts, editorial and events, bringing structure, speed and polish as we scale our production from Sydney.
- Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
- Reports to: GM/Founder
- Team: Production
About the Role
The Studio Production and Ops Manager keeps Karryon’s content engine running smoothly across Production and Editorial. Part hands-on producer, part project manager, part workflow champion, this role ensures that all campaigns, stories, social media and creative outputs are delivered on time, to brief and to a consistently high standard.
This role is critical as Karryon continues to scale its Studio offering, evolve its content formats (including podcasts, video and events), and tighten delivery across commercial and editorial work. You’ll bring clarity, structure and calm to a fast-moving environment, while rolling up your sleeves to help get the work done.

You’ll sit at the heart of the studio, balancing production, editorial and social media integrity with commercial delivery, improving systems and workflows, and supporting teams to do their best work.
