Trade to LA: Aussie tourism industry reps wrap talks in the US
Australian tourism industry and government representatives met with 200 major US travel agencies and tour operators at the Australia Marketplace North America in Los Angeles from 7–9 August 2022 to promote tourism to this key market for the first time since 2019.

The Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO) held its inaugural Travel Trivia Masters event on 4 August at Sydney’s Hyatt Regency Hotel, creating the opportunity for the industry to come together and reconnect at CATO’s largest event since the pandemic.

Colorado Tourism Office on a 5-city mission with Aussie trade and media
Colorado Tourism Office, partnering with Visit Telluride and Visit Denver, held a series of travel trade and media events in early August 2022 in Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Byron Bay as the state tourism board gears up for Australians heading back to the US.
Cruiseco advisors enjoy a 9-day Holland America Line Alaska famil
Fifteen Cruisco travel advisors and their partners recently hopped aboard a thrilling seven-day Alaska cruise experience from Vancouver on Holland America Line’s MS Koningsdam where they were able to experience the newest ship’s service, food and entertainment with highlights including shore excursions to Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay and Ketchikan and two days in Vancouver. The famil was hosted by Cruiseco, Holland America Line, Destination Vancouver, Destination BC and Jonview.
