This dynamic Karryon Partnership Manager role goes beyond the desk. It offers exciting opportunities to attend industry events and collaborate with over 200 of the world’s leading travel brands and businesses as partners.
Reporting to Karryon’s general manager, Dani Tuffield, you’ll also be working with Karryon’s existing trusted partnership team, a group of dedicated professionals driving success together.
What you’ll do:
- Drive sales: Manage and grow Karryon’s partnership portfolio by selling our expanding range of digital media products, event sponsorships, and creative services to new and existing partners.
- Foster relationships: Build, nurture, and sustain partnerships that deliver exceptional ROI for stakeholders and align with Karryon’s mission: Together in Travel.
- Attend events: Represent Karryon at industry events and conferences, building connections and growing brand awareness.
- Sales pipeline management: Utilise CRM tools (like HubSpot) to track prospects, manage relationships, and forecast sales performance.
- Performance reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Innovate and deliver: Proactively identify new opportunities, pitch ideas, and craft tailored proposals that exceed client expectations.
- Strategise for success: Bring creativity, strategy, and insights to every partner brief, delivering campaigns that inspire and perform.
What you’ll bring:
- Sales and negotiation expertise: Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals and close partnerships effectively.
- Presentation skills: Comfortable creating and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Market knowledge: Familiarity with the travel, tourism, media and publishing sectors will be highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
- Team collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with editorial, production, events and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
- Solutions-driven mindset: A knack for exceeding partner expectations and solving challenges creatively.
- Organisational skills: The ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
