Link Travel Group visited luxury and corporate travel member agencies in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney for a series of Product Maximisation Events designed to upskill owners, managers and advisors and unlock its network revenue-boosting opportunities.
Almost 150 travel professionals attended the specialist workshops hosted by General Manager Scott Darlow and newly appointed National Business Manager Emmalita Malmberg with NDC presentations from Qantas, United Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Delta Air Lines.
Attendees also learned how to immediately unlock revenue opportunities within the wider Link Travel Group ecosystem and network, which recently celebrated its second anniversary.
Darlow said the successful events showcased the revenue opportunities available through the invitation-only Link Travel Group and hinted at a future conference to build further connection and collaboration among members.
“‘Connection & Collaboration’ are one of Link’s core pillars and seeing the group come together in these three cities and not just learn, but share ideas and help each other, was extremely gratifying,” he said.
“While the events in Sydney and Melbourne were excellent in their own right, I was especially proud to hold a standalone event in Perth.
“We gave our loyal Western Australian members a guarantee when we started in 2022 that Link will not treat them as just supplementary to our East Coast members and they responded in kind by turning out in solid numbers in true WA style.
“Given the success of these events, a full conference is certainly in our future.”
