Moving from online to IRL, Luxury Escapes officially opens its first brick-and-mortar store in Melbourne’s Chadstone Shopping Centre today with the aim of elevating the luxe retail travel experience.
Luxury Escapes opened a pop-up store in Chadstone last year, which Co-Founder Adam Schwab said was “just the beginning” of the planned in-store experience.
The new store combines the same 5-star online offers and convenience the brand is known for with face-to-face customer service.
As you can see from Luxury Escapes co-founder Adam Schwab’s social post at the launch, he was a little bit excited about the news.
The state-of-the-art store features visual displays and interactive activations and barista coffee and French Champagne for clients and includes a VIP bar and events space.
Travel consultants will assist customers in booking all aspects from the full suite of hotels, villas, flights, tours, cruises and experiences on offer. Customers can purchase in-store or online later.
With the belief that planning and booking travel is as important as the trip itself, Luxury Escapes’ new retail concept aims to provide a best-in-class one-stop shop.
