Week 1, Tuesday 30 August: Welcome to the series & Utah 101 

Local representative Corey Marshall launches the series with a bang, followed by a ‘Utah 101’ with Zach Fyne, the Global Markets Specialist, Utah Office of Tourism

Zach will fill you in on the ethereal quality of Utah’s landscape, ranging from its high-desert plateaus to alpine meadows and snow-covered peaks to bird-filled wetlands. You’ll learn about the different national parks and monuments, state parks and cultural and historical activities, not to mention Utah’s non-stop outdoor recreational opportunities.  

Did you know that a major reason for people visiting Utah is that they saw this enchanting landscape in a movie? Zach shares insights on creating film-related itineraries, along with planning tips for the ultimate Utah road trip vacation. 

Week 2, Tuesday 6 September: Visit Salt Lake and Logan & Cache Valley

Salt Lake, a place where elevation meets aspiration, is a must on any Utah itinerary. Starting Utah’s week two webinar, Michael Mack from Visit Salt Lake reveals how this modern city, nestled at the foot of spectacular mountains, cultivates open minds and fresh perspectives. 

For ski and board lovers, the four world-class ski resorts minutes from downtown Salt Lake City make it an idyllic winter destination. In summer, hikers, bikers, and campers flock for its open-air spoils. You’ll leave this webinar with a clear understanding of why Salt Lake is a place that feels anything but ordinary.

Logan & Cache Valley, it’s high (mountain) time you got familiar

While you may not be familiar with Logan & Cache Valley, you soon will be as Julie Hollist Terrill, Director of Cache Valley Visitors Bureau, introduces you to this high mountain valley. Known for its outdoor adventures, strong heritage, and captivating performing arts, it’s time you got familiar! 

Logan is a great stopover on trips to Bear Lake State Park, Yellowstone, and the Grand Tetons. It’s worth lingering in Logan to experience the city’s excellent art galleries, specialty shops, Mormon pioneer architecture, community festivals, local food, and live performances.

Park City, a diverse destination with a solid sustainability focus

You’re off to Park City week three, thanks to Megan Collins, Visit Park City’s International Marketing Manager. 

Park City has a rich history, from Indigenous hunting and gathering grounds to a thriving silver mining community to a charming ski town. Park City is known for its two world-class ski resorts, year-round mountain adventures, diverse arts and culture scene, and historic Main Street.  

Just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, visitors to Park City enjoy the free public transit system consisting of zero-emission busses and electric bicycles.

The Heber Valley, an outdoor playground

Sharing the week three limelight, Jana Brown, the Destination Sales Manager from the Heber Valley reveals how the Heber Valley is the place to go if your clients want to get moving by foot, bike, boat, ski, snowmobile, train, or zipline.  

Going from adventure to adventure, visitors can zipline across the lake on one end of the valley and bike over mountain slopes on the other. When recalibrating from the outdoor playground, the small-town charm appeals, including the Heber Valley’s dining options.  

Week 4, Tuesday 20 September: Moab and Kanab
