Janeen Harris takes the reins in Queensland

Janeen Harris joins as Sales Manager QLD, where she’ll lead the charge across the Sunshine State, connecting agents with AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys tours. With more than 16 years under her belt across retail, corporate and wholesale (including a decade as a BDM with Flight Centre) Harris is no stranger to the trade.

“I’m excited to be part of the coach touring industry and look forward to bringing energy, authenticity and a fun approach to the role while building strong relationships and driving results,” she said.

“I’m all about smart sales tools, fun training sessions, and making it easy for our partners to succeed.”

Alla Ribeiro bridges partnerships across channels

Stepping into the newly defined role of Key Account Manager ITO, OTA & SEIT, Alla Ribeiro will oversee relationships with inbound tour operators, online travel agencies and SEIT Outback Australia. It’s a big remit, but one Ribeiro is well-equipped for.

Her background spans some of the industry’s best-known brands, including Booking.com, Accor, Mantra Group, Four Points by Sheraton Darling Harbour and Hyatt Regency.

“I’m now excited to be representing AAT Kings and SEIT to connect travellers with unforgettable, authentic experiences across Australia and New Zealand,” Ribeiro said.

Desiree Sevindir champions Victoria, Tasmania and group touring

Based in Melbourne, Desiree Sevindir joins as Sales Manager VIC/TAS & Groups. With more than 20 years of experience in wholesale, retail and corporate hotel sales, she’s hitting the ground running with a focus on group allocations, agent support and promoting the brand’s new Small Group tours and Inspiring Journeys.

“One of the main highlights of my role is being able to get out and connect with agents and travel advisors across Victoria and Tasmania while driving brand awareness of the range of unforgettable experiences AAT Kings offers,” she said.

According to AAT Kings Group CEO Ben Hall, the appointments are part of a wider strategy to invest in trade relationships and build a strong, agile team across Australia.
