All Nippon Airways (ANA) has strengthened its presence in Western Australia with the appointment of experienced aviation professional Lisa Manera as Sales and Marketing Manager – WA.
Based in Perth, the newly created role reflects ANA’s growing investment in the state ahead of its Perth-Tokyo service increasing from three flights per week to a daily schedule between 1 December 2025 and 20 April 2026.
Manera brings a wealth of industry experience from senior roles at Batik Air and Finnair, where she was known for building strong trade relationships and delivering customer-focused results.
The Walshe Group, which represents ANA in Australia, said the appointment will help drive the airline’s continued growth and engagement with partners across Western Australia.

“I’ve always believed in the power of connection – between people, cultures, and businesses,” Manera said.
“Joining the ANA team allows me to channel that passion into meaningful growth and collaboration across the sector.”
Earlier this year, ANA unveiled what it describes as the world’s largest business class seat for a mid-sized aircraft. The new seat, named THE Room FX, was introduced on ANA’s Boeing 787-9 fleet in July, with its international rollout, including Sydney and Perth routes, expected to begin in fiscal year 2026.
