Hospitality and tourism group Club Med has promoted Michelle Davies to the role of General Manager – Pacific and New ESAP Markets as it looks to expand its footprint in the region.
“I am thrilled to take on this expanded role within Club Med as we look towards exciting opportunities in the ESAP region,” Davies said on her appointment.
“This growth phase presents a unique chance to strengthen our brand presence and deepen our connection with customers across these emerging markets.”

Davies first joined Club Med in 2013, based in the UK. After a short stint outside of travel, she returned in 2020 as Head of Marketing in Australia.
“The Pacific market has shown exceptional momentum, with current forward sales in 2026 exhibiting a growth of 59% vs 2025,” Davies remarked.
“I look forward to collaborating with our talented team across Asia – particularly with Bruno Courbet – to build on this success and drive accelerated growth across our new ESAP markets.”
