Collette is North America’s oldest tour operator.

During this time, Collette says Riley compiled a record of building award-winning teams and creating campaigns that resonate with all kinds of travellers.

This was highlighted by a prestigious Effie award, earned during her time as Marketing Director at P&O Cruises Australia.

According to Collette, Riley’s ability to build strong brands and create impactful campaigns makes her the perfect fit to steer the tour operator’s brand to new heights in the Aussie market.

“We are incredibly grateful for the support shown by the travel agent community to Collette. We are growing from strength to strength and are building out a bigger team to complement the growth,” Deveson remarked.

“Narelle will head up all aspects of marketing and comes to Collette with a stellar career with travel, media and agency experience.”

Deveson said that Riley would be busy building a marketing team to leverage the brand’s standing in Australia.

“She has a number of positions to recruit for in marketing,” she added.

“We have commenced our search for a Head of Australian Call Centre – this is a key role underpinning our decision to maintain an Australian-based call centre.

“These roles and a number in sales, reservations and groups will set us up for a great 2025 year.”
