Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa has named experienced hospitality leader Sudhir Yadav as its new General Manager to oversee all aspects of the resort property’s operation with a particular focus on guest experiences.
Yadav brings more than 17 years’ experience in the premium hospitality sector with Marriott International to the role and the award-winning hotelier has been recognised for his management, leadership and operational skills.
He most recently served as Cluster General Manager for Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands and AC by Marriott Melbourne Southbank, where he launched the AC brand into the Australian market.
This appointment marks his return to Fiji after three years, having previously served as the Cluster Hotel Manager at Sheraton Denarau Villas and Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort during renovations and reopening.

IHG’s Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa opened in March 2024 after transformation and expansion as the former Pullman Nadi Bay Resort & Spa Fiji and was previously led by Australian hotelier Shaun Parsons.
Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa Owner Jay Singh said: “Sudhir’s previous experience, launching a bleisure travel brand and management during large-scale hotel renovations, will make him a tremendous asset to Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa. His understanding of Fijian hospitality and culture will no doubt serve him well during this pivotal time at the resort.”

As part of the resort’s strategic vision, Yadav will spearhead the commercial strategy to drive future growth and elevate the property’s positioning in Fiji’s competitive landscape.
“Becoming the new General Manager of Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa is a milestone moment in my career,” he said.
“Fiji holds a very special place in my heart. The warmth and hospitality are truly unmatched. I’m excited to lead the team by example and continue to grow Crowne Plaza Fiji from strength to strength.”
