Independent travel agency network Envoyage has appointed Pill Atlee as Business Development Partner and promoted Stephanie Beale to Business Improvement Manager – both key roles to support the ongoing growth of the member network.
Pill Attlee joins Envoyage Australia as Business Development Partner with more than 15 years’ travel and tourism experience and a strong background in driving growth and partnerships.
She has held previous BDM roles at Designer Journeys, Big Red Group, Back-Roads Touring and G Adventures, to name some of her travel industry experience and expertise.

Envoyage Australia General Manager Nick Queale said Attlee’s role will be key to the brand’s development as it heads into the second year of operation after launching globally in March 2024.
“Pill is going to be an incredibly valuable addition to our sales team. Not only is she an award-winning salesperson, but she really understands the Envoyage vision and is passionate about connecting with agents and agencies that she knows will be a perfect fit,” he said.
“She’s also worked with many brands in the Flight Centre Travel Group ecosystem, so she joins with a deep understanding of the broader business, which is always a bonus.”

Attlee looks forward to connecting with members and helping them discover the benefits of the network.
“I really believe in the vision and the importance of staying connected and supported when you’re an independent business owner,” she said.
“Envoyage stands firmly on its own but has an even stronger backing through the Flight Centre Travel Group, and for members to be able to tap into the resources and market share of an industry giant is game-changing.”

In addition, Stephanie Beale moves internally from Member Support to the new role of Business Improvement Manager to optimise onboarding processes and refine CRM systems to create efficiencies for Envoyage members.
Queale said her promotion is a testament to her consistently demonstrated success in streamlining the brand’s operations.
“We are thrilled to promote Stephanie to Business Improvement Manager. Her dedication and experience make her the perfect person to lead efforts that will elevate the tools and systems we offer to our members, helping them better serve their clients,” he said.
Envoyage opened its first branded storefronts in WA in December 2024.
