Flight Centre Travel Group’s Envoyage independent network has expanded its global product leadership team with two newly created roles and welcomed a well-known FCTG product expert to its ranks to provide best-in-class solutions and support for agent members.
Envoyage Australia National Product Leader Paul Murrell has been elevated to the newly created role of Global Air Leader, while FCTG’s Lee Anne Hosking rejoins the organisation, stepping into Murrell’s former position.
US-based Shauna Stedner has been appointed as Envoyage Global Supply Partner within the FCTG Global Supply team. Murrell and Stedner will report to Global Product Leader Jodie Burnard.

Burnard said the newly created roles will significantly enhance the independent network’s product marketplace.
“Paul and Shauna’s roles will be absolutely crucial as we continue to navigate an economy where clients are demanding more of their travel experiences – specifically more choice and more attractive pricing,” she said.

With more than 20 years’ FCTG experience, Murrell will focus on ensuring access to diverse air content in TPConnects and FCTG Supply collaboration to deliver more competitive and efficient air solutions for global members and clients.
“I’m looking forward to stepping up into a dedicated air role in our global product team,” he said.
“Flights are arguably one of the most important components for advisors to manage with any booking. My focus will be to work with our key airline partners to streamline the process for advisors to shop, book and fulfill their clients’ air travel needs in one integrated environment with expert support throughout their booking journey.”

Stedner will be a dedicated resource in FCTG’s Global Supply team to deliver the best possible product range, pricing and marketplace experience, while also uniquely positioned to facilitate growth in the US market.
“With a brand-new role comes lots of opportunity and I’m excited to work with our global supply teams and other FCTG businesses to create a global product strategy for Envoyage, driven by valuable feedback from our members,” she said.
