Australian technology booking platform eRoam has added travel industry stalwart Graeme Meacock to its leadership team as the new Head of Technology, bringing his global experience and expertise to the fast-growing enterprise.
In his new role, Meacock will lead and guide the global technology team to enhance the travel booking platform’s efficiency for industry professionals.
His distinguished career has seen him work across various travel industry sectors, including retail, wholesale, airlines, OTAs and activities.
He has held leadership positions in both in-house and an advisory capacity for major travel brands such as Velocity, Helloworld Travel Limited, Jetset Travelworld Group, Qantas and American Express Travel.
Meacock has vast experience delivering innovative on-premise and cloud-based platforms and has led successful global projects in the UK, US and Asia.
eRoam General Manager Paul Hole said his depth of travel domain knowledge and expertise will be instrumental for the company’s next growth phase.
“Having worked with Graeme in the past, I know his people-focused leadership style and data-driven decision-making will be a key plank in helping eRoam scale its offering in this next phase of our growth,” Hole said.
Since launching in March 2024, eRoam has added multiple new hires to its leadership team in recent months, including Maxine Wiggs as Global Head of Commercial and Dylan Hearne as Head of Sales APAC.
