Europ Assistance Australia and New Zealand (EA ANZ) has appointed insurance industry leader Justin Sebire as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, effective immediately.
Sebire brings more than 27 years’ extensive experience and expertise in executive leadership positions across general, health, life and travel insurance to the role, joining the global travel insurance provider on 10 November 2025.
He was most recently CEO at Zurich Cover-More for the Asia Pacific region and Interim Group CEO as well as CFO before that.
Previous national and international roles include BUPA Health Insurance, Suncorp Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aviva and AXA.

Based in Sydney, Sebire succeeds former CEO Anna Gladman, who recently stepped down from the role.
