Evolution Travel Collective (ETC) has confirmed a leadership refresh, naming co-founder Ingrid Berthelsen as CEO.
ETC says the move formalises the structure already shaping the business behind the scenes.
Fellow co-founder Pete Rawley will now put his energy into partner growth, industry engagement and the company’s expanding consultancy arm.
“As ETC has grown, Ingrid has increasingly taken on the overarching leadership responsibilities that align with a CEO role – from commercial oversight to partner management and the strategic direction of the business,” he said.

“This step recognises the role she has already been fulfilling, and it positions the business strongly for the future.”
Rawley added, “ETC was built on adaptability, innovation and keeping close to our partners’ needs”.
“With our expanded services, including the recent introduction of our national account manager offering, ensuring clear leadership alignment is important as we continue to evolve.”
Berthelsen highlighted the business’s “significant” growth over the past eight years.
“And we are proud of the reputation we’ve built for strong industry relationships and high-quality service,” she stated, flagging ETC’s multi-BDM representation model and trade PR services.

“Formalising the new leadership structure allows us to keep scaling with confidence and clarity.
“With our experienced team and Pete and I continuing to work closely together, we remain focused on delivering commercial results and supporting the success of our partners across Australia and New Zealand.”
In October, Evolution Travel Collective introduced Peter Topping as the new national account manager for its newly launched niche offering to cater for specialist partners, such as inaugural client Vio Travel, alongside an established suite of existing B2B representation services and partnership portfolio.
