Australian adventure tourism company Experience Co (Reef Unlimited, Skydive, Wild Bush Luxury and Trees Adventure) has elevated two team members to new senior leadership positions and onboarded a new marketing lead as part of continued growth.
Cairns-based Jason Moore has been promoted to General Manager of Reef Unlimited, stepping into the role after 14 years as Experience Co’s Operations Manager and bringing more than 30 years’ expertise in marine tourism.
Most recently, he was integral in supporting the delivery of the company’s multi-million-dollar Reef Magic pontoon on the Great Barrier Reef.
Hobart-based Ben Brown has been appointed General Manager of Wild Bush Luxury, Experience Co’s portfolio of immersive, conservation-focused lodges and walks across Australia, including Arkaba (SA), Bamurru Plains (NT) and The Maria Island Walk (Tas).
With more than 20 years’ experience in nature-based and remote tourism, he was previously GM of The Maria Island Walk.
Nicole van Niekerk joins Experience Co as Head of Marketing, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, including most recently at Expedia Group. Her appointment signals a focus on brand storytelling, digital growth and customer connection.
She follows Matt Vince, who served as the interim Head of Marketing during maternity leave cover.
