FCM Meetings and Events (FCM M&E) has expanded its Australian operations, introducing a new Customer Solutions team and bolstering its existing Sales and Account Management teams in a strategic restructure to capitalise on the growing meetings and events sector.
Newly appointed Customer Solutions Team Leader Nicole Pusic will still oversee the new team, which will support the Sales and Account Management teams. She will report to FCM M&E Head of Account Management & Customer Solutions Flavia Kaucic, who will now be responsible for both teams.
The Sales team will still be headed by FCM M&E Head of Sales Australia Kellie Howard, who joined FCM Travel’s corporate meetings and events business in May 2025.

Overseen globally by Global GM Simone Seiler and in Australia by General Manager Operations & Customer Katie Fraser, FCM M&E’s restructure aims to facilitate a strategic approach to customer service and business growth for the company.
In the creation of the new Customer Solutions team, FCM M&E has appointed five new team members, including Pusic and Customer Solutions Managers Arcadia Meldrum and Zohie Walker, building on its existing Sales and Account Management teams.

Fraser said this step allowed Sales BDMs to concentrate on pipeline growth and the Account Management team to prioritise customer retention and expansion, while the Customer Solutions focuses on developing tailored customer proposals.
