Newly minted Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO) vice-chair Lisa Pagotto has stepped into her new board role with the confidence and support of the Travel Industry Mentor Experience (TIME) that assists aspiring leaders.
TIME chair Penny Spencer was quick to congratulate Lisa Pagotto, who was a former mentee before turning-board member on the exciting news as the industry at large works toward a post-pandemic travel recovery.
“Lisa went from a quiet achiever to now being voted in by members to take on the role of vice-chair at CATO, the peak industry body representing the land supply sector.”
“Thanks to personal confidence from her involvement with TIME twice at different stages in her career, the program has provided Lisa with an incredible network to build her career and business as well.”

A popular industry identity, Sydney-based Lisa Pagotto founded boutique small-group tour company Crooked Compass to create an immersive ecosystem for travellers to embark on real experiences and recently joined Virtuoso’s luxury travel network.
TIME Australia is a not-for-profit company established to provide industry mentorships to the next generation of travel, tourism, hospitality and aviation leaders.
