Global Touring, the parent company of Back-Roads Touring and Topdeck Travel, has appointed experienced exec Frank Levey in the newly created role of Key Account Manager, working across both brands to support home-based and independent advisor networks in key markets.
The new position sees Levey come full circle from a Topdeck Tour Leader in his early travel industry career, which now spans almost 30 years.
He has held national sales and business development roles with Rocky Mountaineer, Cover-More, Queensland Rail Travel and Insight Vacations.
His experience spans retail, wholesale and supplier liaison, making him uniquely positioned to unlock growth among Global Touring’s independent and home-based agent channels and support agency consortia across all markets.

Global Touring General Manager APAC Anna Fawcett said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to have Frank join the Global Touring family. He brings a wealth of experience, unmatched industry relationships and a deep understanding of the consortia landscape.”
“His reputation as a trusted, passionate partner to the trade makes him a valuable addition to the business.
“Frank’s appointment is a key step in strengthening how we support our independent and home-based networks, no matter where they’re based.”

Brisbane-based Levey has already started in his new role, joining as Back-Roads Touring recently launched a brand refresh, promotion and agent incentive.
“I’m excited to reconnect and build strong partnerships with our mobile and home-based agents. Whether you’re a long-time supporter or new to the brands, I’m here to help you grow,” he said.
