Lindblad Expeditions has appointed Stevie Hart as its new Key Accounts Manager for Australia and New Zealand, strengthening its local sales team as demand for immersive, small-ship expedition travel continues to build across the region.
Hart joins Lindblad Expeditions from the luxury hospitality sector, most recently serving as Portfolio Business Development Manager for IHG properties, including InterContinental Hayman Island and the Sydney flagship hotel.
Based in Sydney, she will work alongside Rosie Loxley, splitting key markets across Australia and New Zealand.
Hart will lead engagement and strategic partnerships across New South Wales, ACT, Queensland and New Zealand, while Loxley will continue to focus on Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.

The appointment adds another experienced trade-facing leader to the company’s regional network with a particular focus on supporting key accounts and travel advisors.
As Lindblad Expeditions’ general sales agent (GSA) in Australia and New Zealand, Adventure World Head of Sales Elsa McLean said the addition comes as a pivotal time as interest in immersive, educational and expedition travel surges in interest, backed by the upcoming 2027-28 global program.

“We are delighted to welcome Stevie Hart to the sales leadership team. Her proven track record in the luxury hospitality sector and her authentic passion and keen interest in expedition travel make her the ideal candidate to strengthen our presence across Australia and New Zealand,” she said.
“Stevie’s appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to providing dedicated, high-level support to our key accounts and travel advisors as we expand our footprint in these key markets.”

Born and raised among the mountains of New Zealand’s South Island, Hart also brings a personal passion for the outdoors and a deep familiarity with the global travel trade circuit to the role.
“Joining Lindblad Expeditions is such an incredible opportunity for me. I have always believed that travel is more than just a destination; it is a way to connect with the people, their cultures and the land,” she said.
“I am excited to represent a company that aligns so closely with my own passion for meaningful, experience-led travel, and I look forward to supporting our trade partners in delivering these truly transformative journeys.”
