Linkd Tourism has tapped experienced comms leader Emma Prineas as its new PR & Marketing Director to support the travel representation agency’s ever-expanding client portfolio and strategic growth.

Linkd Tourism has tapped experienced comms leader Emma Prineas as its new PR & Marketing Director to support the travel representation agency’s ever-expanding client portfolio and strategic growth.

Prineas brings more than 20 years’ experience in public relations and marketing across tourism, community and education sectors as a purpose-driven leader and freelancer.

She has demonstrated her proven ability to develop PR strategies and ROI-driven marketing campaigns for brands such as AAT Kings, Wendy Wu Tours and Navitas Skilled Futures.

Managing Director Kylee Kay said: “Emma’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Linkd Tourism as we continue to build momentum with new client wins and industry recognition.”

“Her expertise in travel PR and marketing will be instrumental in driving our vision for the year ahead.  She’s also a great fit for us culturally, which is exciting.”

Prineas announced her new role via LinkedIn, saying she is “absolutely pumped to join the gang at Linkd Tourism”.

“This dream team of talented and authentic humans is on a mammoth growth trajectory, and I am uber grateful to be welcomed aboard by the powerhouse that is Kylee Kay.”

The appointment follows a strong three-month period for the agency, including award nominations for client campaigns and new account wins in Okinawa and Great American West.

“These nominations reflect the dedication and creativity of our team, as well as the incredible partnerships we have with our clients,” Kay said.  “But we’re only just getting started.  Having a visionary like Emma join our already fabulous team will only add to our storytelling capabilities over the next 12 months.” 

Linkd Tourism also welcomed other new hires, including Director of Brand & Growth Phil Haines, General Manager Danielle Roberts and three account managers: Louise Terry, Dylan Hearne and Melissa Roberts.
