Australia and New Zealand tour specialist ANZCRO has appointed Kylie Wapp in a new Business Development Manager role, welcoming the well-connected travel industry professional back to the company where she launched her career in 2008.
Since then, Ms Wapp has worked in various roles throughout the travel industry, including retail, groups, coach touring and business development.
ANZCRO Managing Director Nick Guthrey said they were delighted to have a BDM back on the road for face-to-face visits with travel advisors again.
“With her breadth of travel experience, Kylie is exceptionally well-connected to both travel agents and suppliers in the industry,” he said.
“More importantly, she has a meticulous work ethic and passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a proud Kiwi, Kylie’s product knowledge is second to none.”
In her role, Ms Wapp will represent ANZCRO at travel expos and conferences and be a key contact for individuals and stores within consortium groups.
“I am excited to be back doing what I love, working for a company that I know so well. I can’t wait to reconnect with the familiar faces I know as well as introduce ANZCRO to those starting out,” Ms Wapp said.
“Getting more agents confident with our self-service booking platform ANZCRO Connect will be top of my priority list, too.”
