Movers + Shakers: Oceania and RSSC appoint three new APAC leaders

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, the parent company of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, has announced leadership changes for Asia Pacific as Senior VP and Managing Director Steve Odell steps down after seven years at the helm.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, the parent company of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, has announced leadership changes for Asia Pacific as Senior VP and Managing Director Steve Odell steps down after seven years at the helm.

Caroline Smith has been appointed Managing Director, International for Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) overseeing sales and marketing for APAC, EMEA, LATAM and Brazil.

Current RSSC VP of Sales, Australia and New Zealand, Lisa Pile, will expand her responsibilities to include the entire Asia-Pacific region as RSSC Vice President of Sales and General Manager APAC, reporting to Ms Smith.  

Jason Worth, current Oceania Cruises VP of Sales, Australia and New Zealand, will also expand his role as Oceania Cruises Vice President Sales and General Manager APAC. He will report to Oceania Cruises Senior Vice President, Sales Nikki Upshaw.

Norwegian Cruise Line Vice President and Managing Director APAC Ben Angell will maintain his responsibilities for the entire Asia Pacific region. He is also Chairman of CLIA Australasia.
